What if I wish to Cancel or Change My Order
We begin working on your piece straight away so please check all details of your order – style, Gift box type, Gift card varient the colour of the metal, and personalization options. If you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately at personalizedjewelryliveonline@gmail.com or via our Store Chat and we can check what stage in the process your order is in. If your piece has already been started it may not be possible to cancel or change it.
If I purchase a Necklace How do I know the chain will fit him/her?
